Little Rock Police Records
The Little Rock Police Department Records Division is at 615 W Markham St., Little Rock. The phone is (501) 371-4654. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Police and accident reports are usually ready eight hours after the report is taken. The cost runs $5 to $10 per report. Criminal and traffic history checks are done in person at the records counter.

The Telephone Reporting Unit at (501) 918-4397 takes minor incident reports by phone, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. TRU handles theft reports, lost plates, harassing calls, identity fraud, forgery, vacation home reports, and similar items where no suspect is present and no evidence needs to be collected.
The Little Rock PD also runs online reporting. You can file a non-emergency report without leaving the house. Internet Explorer is not supported, so use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

Accident reports go through a different portal. Little Rock uses BuyCrash, run by LexisNexis, for crash report downloads.

North Little Rock and Other City Police Records
The North Little Rock Police Department runs its own records section at 501-771-7119. Media Relations and FOIA requests go to 501-771-7109. The Professional Standards Unit handles FOIA under CALEA standard 82.1.1c. Self-service kiosks at the Justice Center let you file a FOIA request, request an incident report, or pay a court fine. Only copies of incident reports are released; supplements require prior approval. Juvenile information is redacted before release.
The Jacksonville Police Department is led by Chief Brett Hibbs. The main line is 501-982-3191. FOIA requests can be emailed to several city staff members, including the Office of Professional Standards at cburrow@cityofjacksonville.net and Public Information at akiser@cityofjacksonville.net. A 2012 Arkansas Supreme Court case, Daugherty v. Jacksonville Police Department, ruled that FOIA allows refusal only when a request lacks specificity, not because it is broad or costly to fulfill.
The Sherwood Police Department handles records for Sherwood at 2201 E Kiehl Avenue. The Maumelle Police Department handles city-limit calls in Maumelle.
